Hello SERVSIG Community,
I would like to take a moment to thank Kristina Heinonen for all of the work she has done over the last four years of her tenure as SERVSIG Co-Chair. We were lucky enough to get the six SERVSIG co-chairs together at SERVSIG 2026 in Braga, including our incoming co-chair Sven Tuzovic. Sven, I look forward to working closely with you over the next several years.

Relatedly, I would like to thank Driton Sahiti and his partners at the European University of Tirana and the Riinvest Institution for the work done in planning to bring SERVSIG 2028 to Tirana, Albania. Driton’s enthusiasm in bringing our conference to the Balkans is invigorating!
