At the 2026 SERVSIG Conference in Braga, we were delighted to announce that the 2028 SERVSIG Conference will be hosted in Tirana, Albania.
Following a selection process involving several strong proposals, Tirana was selected as the host city for the 2028 SERVSIG Conference. The choice reflects the appeal of a destination that offers both a distinctive local character and an exciting setting for bringing the international service research community together.
The announcement marks an exciting next chapter for the SERVSIG community as we continue to bring service researchers together in locations that offer distinctive cultural experiences and new opportunities for connection and exchange. We are delighted that Driton Sahiti will lead the local organizing team and welcome the global service research community to Tirana in 2028.
