Call it syllabus or unit outline, most institutions require a detailed course description to be published online and distributed to students. If you are new to teaching services, the first challenge is to develop your own syllabus. Thanks to the active contribution of our service community, we offer a list of syllabi for foth undergraduate and graduate level services marketing courses (an initiative founded many years ago by Dwayne Gremler). For our global SERVSIG members, the list contains syllabi for different course titles from multiple countries.
