The 27th Annual Conference organized by the International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism (IFITT), will be held at University of Surrey in Guildford, UK on 8-10 January 2020. Renowned for its topical debates, inspiring keynotes, and highly practical workshops, ENTER has brought together leading academics and industry professionals in travel and technology since 1994. Over the years the conference has firmly established its place as a platform showcasing cutting-edge research in eTourism and shedding light on current developments as well as future challenges in the area.
With the theme “Responsible eTourism” ENTER2020 Conference will focus on exploring ways technology can be used to ensure a positive impact of tourism on society, environment, and economy. The conference will be organised into three tracks: Research, Industry, and Destination tracks.

Call for Research Papers (EasyChair)
The ENTER2020 research track is divided into three major topics that all contribute to our capabilities in developing more responsible information and communication technology (ICT) in tourism: Tourism Business and Technology; Governance, Sustainability and Education; and Computer Science and Information Systems. In addition, there will be special sessions on Smart Tourism Cities and on Innovation. We call for the latest research and case studies on emergent and cutting-edge ICT concepts, applications, and business models to be shared in the conference.

All submissions to the research track are rigorously evaluated for novelty, significance, and soundness. The peer review process is double-blind; all submissions must not include information identifying the authors or their affiliations.
