An Unmissable Global Platform for Service Marketing Scholars, The International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM) has been at the forefront of service marketing and management research, fostering an exceptional platform for academics, researchers, and industry professionals. Now in its 13th edition, IRSSM continues to shape the careers of young scholars and deepen our collective understanding of service science. IRSSM is a highly regarded service management symposium that has significantly contributed to the service research community, being hosted by leading business schools across the world. The International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM) was initiated in 2010 as a part of the Service Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) Initiative. It is an annual Symposium, hosted successively by different universities around the world. The Symposium aims to promote research and publications among service researchers by providing a unique platform through which they are able to network with researchers from both their own country and researchers internationally. IRSSM brings together researchers, teachers, practitioners and students from various service sectors and provides them with a unique forum to share the latest theories and practices prevalent in dynamic service economies. It also illuminates the latest thinking in service, combined with aspects of technology, social sciences, and business. Parallel tracks of refereed presentations will enable authors to obtain constructive feedback about their study.
