It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our longtime friend and colleague Veronica Liljander, professor of marketing at Hanken School of Economics.

Veronica’s passing is a major loss to us at the Department of Marketing and CERS Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management at Hanken. She contributed to the development of service and relationship marketing research since the 1990s. We remember her as a kindhearted and devoted colleague. Our greatest sympathies go out to Veronica’s close friends and family. Please read the obituary here.
