The Journal of Service Management (JOSM) editorial advisory board meeting was held on June 18th at the SERVSIG Conference, Maastricht University. Thirty editorial board members met and discussed future strategies for JOSM.
JOSM’s 2015 Impact Factor is 2.233; with a 5 year Impact Factor of 3.927.
