This year’s SERVSIG Awards winners were announced and congratulated at the Frontiers in Service conference in Montreal. The winner of the Christopher Lovelock Career Contributions to the Services Discipline Award is Janet McColl-Kennedy (University of Queensland Business School)! Bravo!

This award is presented annually to the individual whose career in teaching, research, and service has had the greatest long-term impact in terms of significance and frequency on the development of the service discipline during the last 15 to 20 years.

Join us again in complimenting her!

The SERVSIG board is also very thankful to this year’s committee members for their commitment and their work — Bo Edvardsson (co-chair), Valarie Zeithaml (co-chair), Fred Lemke, Lia Patrício
