In this edition of LTAS, we seek to explore emerging paradigms in service research. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of what it means to make an impact through research. We’ll explore what impact means for each individual and how you can enhance the impact of your research.
The aim of LTAS is to introduce young scholars including PhD students to the wonderful world of service research and guide them through their academic journey.

LTAS includes a great set of keynote speakers and an engaging workshop. You can find some more information and the application requirements on the conference website.
Applications should include:
– Curriculum Vitae (in English)
– A short motivation letter that includes 1) a brief statement of why attending LTAS2024 would be beneficial for you and your career (200-250 words) and 2) one paragraph about your area of expertise that includes the research topics that you are focusing on and/or interested in.
