Founded by the University of Toulon (France) and the University of Verona (Italy) in 1998 as the “Toulon-Verona Conference”, renamed the “Excellence In Services International Conference” in 2017, the Conference focuses on the search for excellence in management. Since 1998, the Conference has been hosted by 20 different universities and more than 2,000 papers have been presented at the Conference. In 2024, The Conference is hosted by the University of Bergamo in Lombardy, Italy. You are invited to send your abstract to Dr Jacques Martin before 31 May 2024. Abstracts will be promptly acknowledged.
