It is our pleasure to announce the next online seminar, by Jay Kandampully (Ohio State University, Editor of Journal of Service Management, Founder of IRSSM) & Joan Ball (St. John University, Founder of WOMB Service Design Lab) with a Keynote Talk on “Service Research as a Global Discipline: Building Bridges for Transformation”.
The online event (free of charge) will take about 90 minutes, and includes the keynote talk, a discussion, and some interactivity.
For this online seminar series, the EMAC Service Marketing SIG joins forces with IRSSM and AMA SERVSIG.
