The European Association for Research on Services (RESER), a network of research groups and individuals active in services research and policy formulation, mainly located in European countries organises the annual RESER conference in Germany. The 31th RESER conference takes a closer look at these fundamental economic, social and technological transformation processes. Using a broad and holistic understanding of artificial intelligence, the key question is how service society and service economy change when data and data analytics become the main drivers for service innovation and the provision of services.
The 31st RESER Conference will take place on October 14th–15th 2021 on Bildungscampus in Heilbronn, Germany. The host of the upcoming RESER Conference is the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO and its new branch office in Heilbronn, the Research and Innovation Center for Cognitive Service Systems KODIS.
The city of Heilbronn is currently one of the most dynamic places in Germany. With a strong regional economy, the city has rapidly grown scientific institutions and built a completely new designed educational campus. Thus, Heilbronn will provide an ideal environment for this year’s RESER conference.
