Dear SERVSIG community,
It is with great pleasure that we share with you our virtual surprise “Thank you ceremony” to the Co-chairs of the 11th SERVSIG conference: Profs. Rebekah Russell-Bennett and Dominique Greer from the Queensland University of Technology.
Rebekah and Dominique worked extremely hard through the challenges posed by Covid-19 including the cancelation of the in-person conference which they spent years preparing for and then through the first virtual SERVSIG conference. They organized not one but two conferences for us to enjoy and connect. Massive thank you for all their efforts on behalf of the SERVSIG Board and Community.
SERVSIG board would also like to thank all the Chairs, Track chairs, reviewers, presenters, and speakers (and everyone who helped in any capacity to make the SERVSIG 2020 conference happen). You all did an extraordinary job during very extraordinary times!
We look forward to seeing you all in person in Glasgow for the 12th SERVSIG Conference on June 16-18, 2022
