Sponsored annually by INFORMS and the American Marketing Association, the Frontiers in Service Conference is the world’s leading annual conference on service research. It routinely attracts submissions from over 40 countries, covering a wide range of topics such as service marketing, service strategy, service management, service operations, service engineering, service design, service science, service IT, and AI and robotics.

Carry-Overs from the 2020 Conference: Any paper that was accepted for the 2020 Conference at Babson College can be presented at the Frontiers in Service Conference in 2021. The organizing teams at Florida State University and Temple University will work with each other and Temple University will be provided with the author/paper information of these carry-overs. If you do NOT wish to present your work at the virtual Frontiers 2021 Conference, please inform Xueming Luo and his team at your earliest convenience.

New Submissions: Any author/s who submitted a paper to Frontiers 2021 that was a ‘new submission’ (i.e., not a carry-over from Babson 2020) has the option to submit the paper again through the Temple University website and the submission will then undergo the regular review process for the 2021 Frontiers Conference. In other words, please understand that you will not be automatically invited to present, but you will need to resubmit your paper through the Temple University website. Consequently, if you do not wish to present at the virtual 2021 conference, you do not need to do anything at this point.

Attendees will get to learn from many of the world’s leading service experts, including high-ranking executives and prominent academics.  You are invited, as a service academic or practitioner, to submit abstracts for possible presentation at the conference. Submissions must be received by April 17th, 2021, so don’t delay.
Submit an abstract here.

The conference committee will select and decide several awards from submissions: the “Best Student Paper Award,” the “Best Academic Paper Award,” and the “Best Practitioner Paper Award.
