The organizing committee of ‘2020 GMC at Seoul’ decided to change the conference date from July 9-12, 2020 to Nov. 5-8, 2020 because of ‘Coronavirus issues’.
‘New conference benefit package’ was prepared in the following ways:
1. Free cancellation policy:– You can cancel your conference registration and get a full refund if ‘coronavirus’ is still in issue by 2 months before the conference date.- The exact deadline for the free cancellation policy will be announced after our completing negotiation with the conference hotel.
2. Financial Support for One Night in a 5 Star Hotel:– The organizing committee will pay one night expense if you stay in our conference hotel more than 2 nights. Meaning you can save up to USD 220-250.- Our conference hotel called Lotte Hotel Seoul is one of the best 5 star hotels in Seoul.
3. Free Industry Tour Program in Seoul– Free industry tour program to big companies in Seoul will be arranged with the helps from ‘Korea Tourism Organization’ and ‘Seoul Metropolitan Government’ during the conference.
4. Fashion Show:– A fashion show by the designers from various countries is planned to be held to showcase global fashion and cultural trends during the conference.
5. 2020 GAMMA Young Artist Competition Exhibition:– An art exhibition of the best artists’ works from ‘2020 GAMMA Young Artist Competition Exhibition’ will be held during the conference.
6. Cooperation with KCDC– KCDC will help our participants during the conference dates to make sure the medical safety of our conference participants.
