IFITT Talk Workshop “New Technologies and Innovation in Tourism”

New technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data analytics transform and disrupt tourism. Robotics and augmented reality influence tourism experiences and have tremendous implications on the tourism workforce. Tourism firms and destinations have more access to data than ever before; but are they ready to convert data to business value? Tourism destinations and firms need to continuously update and upgrade their technological capabilities and practices.
This workshop is designed to provide you with the latest technological advances and research in the tourism industry.
