SERVSIG Reception at Winter AMA 2017

SERVSIG co-hosted an exciting reception at the 2017 Winter AMA conference in Orlando, Florida. With many SERVSIG members attending the Winter AMA and the Organizational Frontlines Research Preconference Symposium that preceded the Winter AMA, we had a large and lively group at the reception and we got to see firsthand members’ positive reactions to our new SERVSIG brochures.

We hope to see you again very soon at one (or better, both) of the Service conferences this summer: QUIS 2017 in Porto, Portugal or Frontiers in Service 2017 in New York City.
