emac-logo-galleryThe University of Groningen and EMAC invite electronic submissions to the EMAC 2017 Annual Conference scheduled on May 23-26, 2017 in Groningen, The Netherlands

All submissions are due in PDF format and should be done online here or via the EMAC 2017 Website no later than December 2, 2016, 12:00 (noon) CET Time.

Different kinds of submission formats are possible. For each format, there are specific guidelines describing how to prepare and submit the required materials.

The guidelines can be found on the EMAC 2017 website , and by following the links below:

The Services Marketing Track
… invites papers which focus, regardless of methodology, on the distinctive characteristics of services and how they affect both consumer behavior and marketing strategy. If your research is about a topic that is usually considered for publication in the journals like the Journal of Service Research or the Journal of Services Marketing, this is the right track for your work even if you do not consider submitting your work to those journals.

We look forward to your submissions!

Further, we would highly appreciate if you could help us out as a reviewer for this track. You will be asked to review a maximum of two 5-page-papers, which usually takes less than an hour, so the commitment in terms of time should be limited.

If you are willing, all you have to do is to complete this quick registration

(don’t worry about filling in your recent 3 publications btw)

Thank you so much! Hope to see many of you next year in Groningen, where we of course will take our reviewers out for a drink :-)!

Best regards,

Chairs
Jenny van Doorn (University of Groningen)
Florian von Wangenheim (ETH Zurich)
