screen-capture-11The 26th Annual Frontiers in Service Conference will take place June 22-25, 2017 in New York City hosted by Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business at Lincoln Center (located in the heart of Manhattan). The Frontiers in Service Conference is the world’s leading annual conference on service research. The conference is sponsored annually by INFORMS, the American Marketing Association, and the Center for Excellence in Service at the University of Maryland, and is hosted by various organizations worldwide. The theme of the 2017 Frontiers in Service conference is “What Service Leaders Do Differently.” Attendees will get to learn from many of the world’s leading service experts, including high-ranking executives and prominent academics.

This year, the conference will be accepting poster proposals. Posters offer chances of one-on-one interaction for exchanging ideas and receiving feedback on your research—complete papers or work-in-progress. Presenting your research using posters also provides opportunities to socialize and get to know others who share your research interests. Participants may submit completed or in-progress research projects for the poster session. All accepted poster presentations will be considered for the best poster presentation award.

Lincoln_Center_Entrance_TaxisIf you are working on research or management practices that are in any way related to service management, we want to hear from you.
