THE NORDIC SCHOOL. SERVICE MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT FOR THE FUTURE.
In 2014 CERS Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management celebrated its 20th anniversary. In connection with the anniversary it was decided that a book with articles and commentaries by Nordic as well as international scholars reflecting on the Nordic School of thought should be compiled. This book was edited by Johanna Gummerus and Catharina von Koskull at CERS, and has now been published in a digital format by CERS and Hanken School of Economics Finland.
The book includes chapters and commentaries by, for example, Jaakko Aspara, Steve Baron, David Ballantyne, Rod Brodie, Pierre Eiglier, Ray Fisk, Pennie Frow, Dwayne Gremler, Christian Grönroos, Evert Gummesson, , Kristina Heinonen, Maria Holmlund, Michael Kleinaltenkamp, Jos Lemmink, Bob Lusch, Jukka Ojasalo, Katri Ojasalo, Adrian Payne, Annika Ravald, Javier Reynoso, Berd Stauss, Tore Strandvik, Magnus Söderlund, Steve Vargo, and many more.
