It is our pleasure to announce the next online seminar, by Florian von Wangenheim, EiC Journal of Service Research, who will introduce the vision of the new editorial team at JSR. There will also be time for Q&A, where co-editors Elina Jaakkola and Bart Larivière will also be present.
For this online seminar series, the EMAC Service Marketing SIG joins forces with IRSSM and AMA SERVSIG.
