2) Contributions to the services discipline should be significant,
3) Contributions to the services discipline should be frequent, and
4) Contributions to the services discipline should include recent contributions.

– A current vita for the nominated scholar or a web link to an online vita.
All material needs to be submitted electronically to the selection committee chair.

IMPORTANT:
– Candidates for a SERVSIG Award do not have to be a member of SERVSIG or the AMA to be eligible for the award.
– Candidates may be from anywhere in the world. Since its inception SERVSIG has sought to be globally oriented and globally active.
– Candidates for the awards do not have to be academics. SERVSIG recognizes the vital link between academia and business practice.

COMMITTEE:
Each year, the SERVSIG board appoints an award committee composed of scholars from diverse geographical regions, genders, and institutional affiliations to ensure an inclusive perspective in the selection. Both the SERVSIG board and the award committee actively solicit nominations from the global service research community, widely sharing the call for nominations through social media and SERVSIG’s own channels. The committee is responsible for selecting the award recipient, with decisions based on criteria such as sustained career in service research, the significance of contributions to service research, significance of engagement in the service research community, as well the frequency and recency of research output.

SERVSIG would like to thank the following members for their willingness to serve on this year’s selection committee:
– Dwayne Gremler (USA) — co-chair
– Ko de Ruyter (UK) — co-chair
– Suvi Nenonen (Sweden)
– Nancy Wunderlich (Germany)
