This special session brings together leading scholars to share diverse and thought-provoking perspectives on service innovation and firm innovativeness as perceived by customers. Various inspirational talks will showcase cutting-edge research spanning industries, cultural contexts, and methodological approaches, offering a multidimensional view of the topic.
If you are interested in contributing to this special session, please contact us as soon as possible (by Aug 17th at the latest). We are in the process of preparing the proposal.
