The 25th edition of the “Excellence in Services International Conference,” formerly known as the “Toulon-Verona Conference,” will take place at the University of Uppsala, Gotland Campus, Visby, Sweden, on 25 and 26 August 2022, with the support of the TQM Journal and Sinergie Italian Journal of Management.
Organizational Excellence has established itself the key to success in management for all types of organizations for many years now. This Conference looks at the role of Excellence both from theoretical and practical points of view. The Conference will include plenary sessions with keynote speakers and specialized parallel sessions.
