The 21st edition of the “Excellence in Services International Conference,” formerly known as the “Toulon-Verona Conference,” will take place at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris, France, on 30 and 31 August 2018, with the support of the TQM Journal and Sinergie Italian Journal of Management.
