LTAS is a two-day event with the aim to introduce young scholars to the wonderful world of service research and to guide them through their academic journey: from fresh PhD Students to junior faculty.
This year’s theme is “Contemporary Methodologies for Service Research.”
We are very delighted to announce that at this year’s 5th edition at Fordham, all 5 editors- past, current and incoming, of the Journal of Service Research (Roland Rust, Parsu Parasuraman, Kay Lemon, Mary Jo Bitner and Mike Brady) will get together around the same table!
In this historic gathering, the editors will discuss the current methodologies available to service researchers in a panel moderated by Jay Kandampully, the editor of the Journal of Service Management.
Additionally, two workshops on agent based modeling and sentiment analysis will be offered by two true expert methodologists, Barak Libai and Bing Liu, to discuss how these methodologies can be used in service research. More here.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity!! Make space in your calendar at December 8-9 2016. Application deadline is September 1, 2016.
