Christopher Lovelock Career Contributions Award

To be eligible for this award, candidates must meet the following criteria: 1) Career contributions should be of long duration, preferably 15 to 20 years, 2) Contributions to the services discipline should be significant, 3) Contributions to the services discipline should be frequent, and 4) Contributions to the services discipline should include recent contributions.

  • Christopher Lovelock Tribute
    • Christopher Lovelock passed away on February 24, 2008. Christopher was a founding father of the services marketing field and he was recognized around the world as a leading authority on service management. Christopher was very important to many people in our academic community and he will be greatly missed! Tributes were given at the following services conferences in Christopher's honor: the AMA SERVSIG, Services Research Conference in Liverpool, UK and the AMA Frontiers in Service Conference in Maryland, USA.
