These teaching materials have been compiled to aid academics in course development and delivery. The various Services Marketing teaching materials listed below have been saved in PDF format. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open the PDF formatted files. If you are unable to open these files, please click on the Adobe image on the right to download the (free) Acrobat Reader software. AMA Educator Online: The AMA is proud to announce the formal launch of the new AMA Marketing Educator Online. This new site contains new member exclusives for our Academic Members, including the following sections: teaching section, research section, career section, service section, and a community section. Services Marketing Syllabi: A downloadable list of syllabi for both undergraduate and graduate level Services Marketing Courses has been compiled by Dwayne Gremler.(Click here for the list).

Journal Articles on Teaching Services Marketing: A bibliography of articles on topics related to teaching Services Marketing has been compiled by Dwayne Gremler. (Click here for the PDF file). To date, only articles from the Journal of Marketing Education have been included. However, if you know of any other articles please contact Dwayne Gremler to have him include them in the list.

	Services Marketing Videos: Services Marketing Videos from You Tube and Other sites A list of Services Marketing videos (or video clips) has been compiled by Sylvia Long-Tolbert. (Click here for the Word Document). If you have some suggestions to add to the list, please contact Sylvia Long-Tolbert.
	Services Management Simulation: Dr. Ruth Bolton and Dr. Randall Chapman have developed a new simulation for services management. Click here for complete details.
