ICSS program committee decides to postpone the conference from July 6-9, 2020 to Dec. 19-21, 2020. We plan to have hybrid sessions or solely virtual sessions if necessary. Peer-reviewed and accepted papers will be published regardless of the physical or virtual event. Note that part of planed activities is subject to change.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

2020 INFORMS Conference on Service Science (ICSS2020) program committee is committed to organizing a quality program with diverse participants who will share their visions, knowledge and experience in Service Science Research, Education, and Applications. The conference theme is AI and Analytics for Smart Cities and Service Systems<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This conference presents an excellent opportunity for you to present your Service Science related research, education, and implementation work, to learn about the emerging technologies and applications, and to network with international leaders and professionals in the field. We sincerely invite you to submit a paper\/abstract. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstracts or Papers are welcome in any area of Service Science Research and Applications including but not limited to:
– Service Theories and Development; Service Research, Education, and Practice
– Service Management, Operations, Engineering, Design, and Marketing
– Smart Cities, Sustainable Systems, IT and Service System Analytics, and Self-service Systems
– Public Healh Service, Policy, Administration, Response, and Systems
– Smart and Intelligent Service, Healthcare Analytics, FinTech, Learning Analytics, and Others
– Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data-driven Decision Making
– Systems Modeling, Management, and Simulation in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Others
– AI, Data Analytics, and Data-driven Applications in Health, Energy, Finance, Transportation, Sport, Governmental\/Public Services, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best Paper Awards<\/strong>
The conference will organize two best paper awards: (1) Best Student Paper award and (2) Best Service Science paper awards. Only accepted full\/short papers will be considered for the awards. For the Best Student Paper award competition, the first author must be a student at the time of the conference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Aug 31, 2020 Deadline for submission of abstracts (1 page), full (6-8 pages) or short (4-5 pages) papers<\/strong>
– Sept 30, 2020 Acceptance\/Rejection notification
– Oct 31, 2020 Final camera-ready papers and copyright transforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration<\/strong>
$500 for a regular INFORMS member. $550 for a non-INFORMS member. $380 for a student. Early registration deadline: Oct 31, 2020. After Oct 31, 2020, $50 must be added in your registration fee. One of the authors of an accepted paper must register for ICSS2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
