I hope you are safe and healthy. The corona crisis has forced many of us\u00a0into online teaching <\/strong>from one day to another.<\/strong> We at SERVSIG want to help you with the power of the\u00a0community to master the new challenges.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Small educational videos<\/strong> are proven to be an effective tool for online teaching. Knowing a great YouTube video that explains a concept or introduces a case can be the key to a wonderful online session and spark a lot of interaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Videos are also a good way for us to see how others are doing online teaching. Finding the right advice can elevate your online class to new levels in no time.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We want to make a call for two video submission competitions<\/strong>\u00a0(It doesn\u2019t have to be produced by you. You are free to submit videos of others).\u00a0<\/p>\n

1) <\/strong>what is your most favorite<\/strong> online video<\/strong> that you like to show in your service class?\u00a0<\/p>\n

2) Do you know a video<\/strong> that was very helpful for you to improve your online teaching <\/strong>(e.g ., \u00a0online teaching tech, pedagogy, class organization, etc.)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The best video submissions will be featured in the next SERVSIG Newsletter.<\/strong><\/p>\n
