This session featured doctoral students working on a variety of service-related topics and using a diverse set of research methods. Seven doctoral students, from North America and Europe, presented their research in &#8216;Lightning Talk&#8217; format.<\/p>\n<p>Presenters included:<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 <strong>Riley T. Krotz<\/strong>, University of Tennessee (U.S.): <em>Happy and Indebted Frontline Employees: The Free Food Effect.<\/em><br \/>\n\u2014 <strong>Daniel J. Finkenstadt<\/strong>, UNC Chapel Hill (U.S.): <em>What is High Quality Service in a Business-to-Government (B2G) Context?<\/em><br \/>\n\u2014 <strong>Ben Lee<\/strong>, Indiana University (U.S.): <em>How Value Offerings Characteristics Impact the Level and Value of Brand Equity?<\/em><br \/>\n\u2014 <strong>Valeriia Chernikova<\/strong>, Hanken School of Economics (Finland): <em>Usage of Unstructured Data in Marketing Decision Making.<\/em><br \/>\n\u2014 <strong>Smaraki Mohanty<\/strong>, Binghamton University, SUNY (U.S.): <em>Mistake by Machine: Bias towards Human in Service Failure.<\/em><br \/>\n\u2014 <strong>Kerry T.
