The 5th ICMI accepts contributions from scholars and professionals interested in marketing aspects and impacts in the insurance industry. Professionals in the field are invited to submit their work. Contributions may apply (but are not limited to):<br \/>\n\u00b7 Digital transformation of the insurance industry<br \/>\n\u00b7 Multichannel behavior in the insurance industry<br \/>\n\u00b7 E-insurance<br \/>\n\u00b7 Consumer behavior<br \/>\n\u00b7 Judgment and Decision-Making<br \/>\n\u00b7 The new role of the agency in the insurance industry<br \/>\n\u00b7 The relationship between actuarial sciences and marketing<br \/>\n\u00b7 Big data for marketing in the insurance industry<br \/>\n\u00b7 Loyalty and customer satisfaction in the insurance industry<br \/>\n\u00b7 Gamification<br \/>\n\u00b7 Product development<br \/>\n\u00b7 Customer Lifetime Value in the insurance industry<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ethics in the insurance industry<br \/>\n\u00b7 Practical case studies from marketing in the insurance industry<\/p>\n<p>SUBMISSION<br \/>\nYou are kindly invited to submit your contribution, an extended abstract (maximum 2000 words) or a full paper (max 6000 words), preferably in English, (but French contributions may be accepted) to the 5th ICMI <strong>by August 31st , 2019<\/strong>.
