Dear SERVSIG Community,<\/p>\n
After much deliberation and monitoring of the COVID-19 situation, we have come to the difficult conclusion that we need to cancel this year\u2019s Frontiers conference. For those of you who had registered for the conference, we will refund your registration fee.<\/p>\n
The hosts of Frontiers 2021 have kindly agreed that any paper that was accepted for this year\u2019s Frontier\u2019s conference can be presented at the 2021 conference that will be held June 10-13, 2021, with the consortium occurring June 8-9, 2021. Please mark your calendars for now, and the conference hosts will follow up with details about the location and venue.<\/p>\n
We are pleased to announce that we will host the 2022 Frontiers conference at Babson College from Wednesday, June 22, 2022 to Sunday, June 26, 2022.\u00a0 We hope to see many of you then.<\/p>\n

Frontiers in Service 2020<\/strong> Conference Co-Chairs: Dhruv Grewal,\u00a0Anne Roggeveen,\u00a0Werner Kunz<\/p>\n The Frontiers in Service Conference 2020 will explore a wide variety of service topics, including service marketing, service management, service operations, service strategy, service design, service engineering, service science, service IT, and AI and robotics as related to service firms and retailers.<\/p>\n Themed\u00a0\u201cHow technology is creating value for the service and retail industry,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Frontiers in Service Conference 2020 will explore a variety of service topics, including service marketing, service management, service operations, service strategy, service design, service engineering, service science, service IT, and AI and robotics as related to service.<\/span><\/p>\n Please mark your calendars and join us for a chance to discuss engaging topics with academics and professionals from around the world who dedicate their work to these dynamic industries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n You are invited, as a service academic or practitioner, to submit a 450-word abstract<\/strong> for a possible presentation at the conference. Practitioners are invited to submit and share case studies, best practices, trends and recent developments in the service industry. The conference committee will select the most promising and noteworthy abstracts for the \u201cBest Practitioner Paper Award\u201d.
