The aim of the OFR Symposium is to bring together a group of scholars and a selected managers who are interested in organizational frontline research. This year\u2019s symposium paid special attention to digital interfaces in the frontline, with keynotes of IBM and Dell and a practitioner panel featuring practitioners from, among others, SAP, Fujitsu and UPS. Other highlights were the academic panel session &#8220;AI in Frontline Interactions&#8221; lead by Roland Rust, and presentations of academic speakers including Lisa Scheer, Martin Mende, Dwayne Gremler, Clay Voorhees, and Peter Verhoef, among others.
