Therefore, SERVSIG calls for new and updated syllabi, to be included in an online repository accessible to all SERVSIG members. Please consider submitting your latest syllabi around various service related topics\/courses, such as: Services Marketing, Services Management,\u00a0Service Operation, Service Innovation, Service Design, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Syllabi included in the SERVSIG repository shall:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Already have been used (or piloted) on a college\/university campus as part of an institution\u2019s official academic offerings<\/li>\n<li>Be grounded in theoretical and\/or empirical knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Questions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>If included, how may my syllabus be used?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your syllabus will be publicly available for download on the SERVSIG website: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.servsig.org\/wordpress\/teaching\/services-marketing-syllabi\/\">http:\/\/www.servsig.org\/wordpress\/teaching\/services-marketing-syllabi\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Each syllabus will contain a copyright protection identifying you as the author, but also indicating that the document can be downloaded and used without your expressed consent or permission<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>If I send in a syllabus, will it automatically be included in the repository?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>No \u2013 each syllabus will be reviewed for content relevance and quality to determine inclusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Copyright:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By submitting a syllabus, you acknowledge that you are the creator and owner of the intellectual property contained within. The copyright for each syllabus remains with the original author.
