Voorhees &#8211;\u00a0winners of the SERVSIG Best Services Article Award 2015<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The \u201cSERVSIG Best Services Article Award\u201d is presented annually by SERVSIG to the author(s) of the best article in the services literature\u00a0published during the previous calendar year (i.e. 2017). General topics may include (but are not limited to) services marketing and services\u00a0management. The article should have appeared in\u00a0an English\u00a0language refereed journal during 2017.<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANT:<br \/>\n\u2013 Candidates for a SERVSIG Award do not have to be a member of SERVSIG or the AMA to be eligible or to win.<br \/>\n\u2013 Candidates may be from anywhere in the world. Since its inception,\u00a0SERVSIG has sought to be globally oriented and globally active.<br \/>\n\u2013 Candidates for the awards do not have to be academics.
