Dear Colleagues,<\/em><\/p>\n

We are pleased to announce and invite you to the 9th International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM), which will be hosted by Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>IRSSM brings together researchers, teachers, practitioners and students from various service sectors and provides them with a unique forum to share the latest theories and practices prevalent in dynamic service economies.\u00a0It also illuminates the latest thinking in service, combined with aspects of technology, social sciences, and business.\u00a0Parallel tracks of refereed presentations will enable authors to obtain constructive feedback about their study. All accepted abstracts will be published in the IRSSM Proceedings and selected papers will be considered for publication in journals such as\u00a0Journal of Service Management\u00a0<\/em>(JOSM) and other impact journals.<\/p>\n

In addition to a high quality research experience, we will provide a memorable social programme that will give delegates the opportunity to explore the beauty of Ljubljana, the European Green Capital 2016.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0deadline for submitting abstracts<\/strong>\u00a0is\u00a0May 1st, 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
