These papers (methodological or conceptual) can be single or co-authored papers (PhD student being the lead\/first author) and they will be 4500-5000 words including the references.<\/p>\n<p>Methodological papers will demonstrate an application of a research strategy, data collection technique (s) and\/or approach to the investigation of a service industries related topic. Field Methods, Vol. 24 No. 1, pp. 56-73.<\/p>\n<p>Conceptual papers should be a critical piece discussing and evaluating the current debates (on a topic) in the area of services management.<\/p>\n<p>It is one of the ambitions of the journal to create a collegiate knowledge exchange platform for doctoral students.
