The theme of ICRM 2017 is:\u00a0<strong>Faster, higher, further! Is customer\u00a0experience the new battleground for relationship marketing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We especially welcome\u00a0submissions covering the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conceptualization and measurement of customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Mechanisms and tools for enhancing and managing customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Customer experience in complex ecosystems<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic of customer experience and its impact on relationships<\/li>\n<li>Managing customer experience across various channels and touch points<\/li>\n<li>Technology-enabled autonomous creation of customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Improving the customer experience and customer relationships with big data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the topics listed, we also welcome submissions on other topics related to customer experience or relationship marketing. Conceptual and theoretical contributions are equally welcome as empirical papers if they make a substantial contribution to the field.
