SERVSIG calls for special session proposals for the AMA Summer Marketing Educators\u2019 Conference<\/strong> (August 4-6, 2017) in San Francisco, CA.<\/p>\n PROPOSALS ARE DUE TO SERVSIG BY JANUARY 31, 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n Kelly Haws<\/strong> (Vanderbilt University), Mark Houston<\/strong> (Texas A&M University), and Charles Noble<\/strong> (University of Tennessee) serve as the conference co-chairs.<\/p>\n The SERVSIG committee is especially interested in topics related to the conference theme of \u201c<\/strong>Innovation and Sustainability through Marketing.<\/em>\u201d <\/strong>As such, SERVSIG calls for proposals linking services to (one or both of) these key themes that guide the conference.<\/p>\n Proposals may be based upon the following services topics:<\/p>\n – Consumer Behavior and Misbehavior in Services Please submit your proposed special session (by 01\/31\/2017) via e-mail <\/strong>to Martin Mende (Program Officer, SERVSIG), mmende@fsu.edu<\/a>, Lerzan Aksoy (Co-Chair, SERVSIG), aksoy@fordham.edu<\/a>, or Bart Larivi\u00e8re (Co-Chair, SERVSIG), bart.lariviere@ugent.be<\/a>.
