The Center for Services Leadership is the sponsor of this year\u2019s Services Doctoral Consortium and the Liam Glynn Research Scholarship Award.\u00a0The past years winners can be checked out <a title=\"ASU CSL\/Liam Glynn Research Scholarship Award\" href=\"http:\/\/www.servsig.org\/wordpress\/asu-cslliam-glynn-research-scholarship-award\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This years recipients are<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laura Colm, Bocconi University, Italy<\/li>\n<li>Arne De Keyser, Ghent University, Belgium<\/li>\n<li>Edy Herman Mulyono, University of Mataram, Indonesia<\/li>\n<li>Linda Nasr, University of Manchester, UK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Liam Glynn was a Lecturer at the University College Dublin in the Smurfit Graduate School of Business. The first Director of the UCD Centre for Quality and Services Management, Liam published services marketing articles in France, Ireland, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Co-editor of Understanding Services Management in 1995, he was the Membership Coordinator for the AMA SERVSIG and co-chaired the first AMA SERVSIG Conference on services research in 1999. He was 40 when his long battle with cancer ended.
