These individuals were recognized for their valuable contributions to the service research community over the years. Over the last three decades, his pioneering efforts have helped create a vibrant service scholars\u2019 community that extends beyond QUIS to other professional associations. Furthermore, in addition to being a prolific research scholar and distinguished professor, Professor Bo Edvardsson has served in editorial roles at major service journals and has shaped the scholarship of the services discipline.
