Eligibility:<\/strong> Service scholars who have received their PhD during the last 5 years (June 2019 onwards).<\/p>\n\n\n\nAbout Mary Jo Bitner:<\/em>
Mary Jo Bitner is one of the founders of the service marketing discipline. Her career has been dedicated to studying customer satisfaction in service encounters, customer-employee interactions, servicescapes, and technology-delivered services. She has received multiple honors, including the Christopher Lovelock Career Contributions to the Services Discipline Award (AMA SERVSIG), an IBM Faculty Award, and an honorary doctorate from Hanken School of Business, Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n2. Bo Edvardsson \u201cIndustry Impact in Services\u201d Award<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nThis award honors a service scholar who has made a significant impact on service practice through research, teaching, and\/or outreach.

Over the past 35 years, Bo Edvardsson has been a central figure in developing service research, teaching, and practice. He has helped create a vibrant international community of service scholars and contributed extensively through research, editorial work, and mentorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNomination Process:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nNominations (including self-nominations) are invited from service scholars around the world.
Each nomination should include:
– A brief nomination\/cover letter
– A copy of the nominee\u2019s CV<\/p>\n\n\n\n
