Jay\u2019s contributions to\u00a0JOSM have been nothing short of transformative\u2014his vision, dedication, and commitment to advancing service research have significantly elevated the journal\u2019s impact and global reach. Under his leadership,\u00a0JOSM has solidified its position as a leading platform for cutting-edge service scholarship, fostering meaningful academic conversations that shape the future of service management. We extend our deepest gratitude to Jay for his invaluable service and the lasting legacy he leaves behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we look to the future, we are delighted to announce the appointment of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/faculty.txst.edu\/profile\/1942084\">Linda Alkire<\/a>&nbsp;(Texas State University) and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fordham.edu\/gabelli-school-of-business\/faculty\/full-time-faculty\/sertan-kabadayi\/\">Sertan Kabadayi<\/a>&nbsp;(Fordham University) as the new&nbsp;<strong>Co-Editors-in-Chief<\/strong>&nbsp;of&nbsp;JOSM. Both bring a wealth of expertise, scholarly excellence, and deep engagement within the service research community. Linda and Sertan are well known for their contributions to service research making them ideally suited to guide&nbsp;JOSM into its next phase of growth and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With their leadership, we are confident that&nbsp;JOSM will continue to push boundaries, embrace emerging research areas, and strengthen its role as a key forum for scholars and practitioners alike.
