OFR began as a grassroots initiative to unite scholars and practitioners from diverse disciplines, all sharing a common enthusiasm for innovations and opportunities at the organizational frontlines.

We invite you to join us in celebrating our 10th anniversary as we reflect on the past and look to the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Journal of Service Research<\/em> has dedicated a Special Issue to commemorate OFR’s 10th anniversary<\/a>. We encourage OFR members to submit their work for consideration (deadline 30 April 2025).
Authors planning to submit to the JSR-SI are invited to submit early drafts to the 2025 OFR Symposium for consideration for presentation and feedback.

ABOUT OFR
Organizational Frontlines Research (OFR)<\/strong> is broadly defined as the study of interactions and interfaces at the point-of-contact between an organization and its customers that promote, facilitate, or enable value creation and exchange (Singh, Brady, Arnold and Brown 2017). Topics of OF interest span several fields of inquiry and disciplines of research. 
The purpose of this symposium is to foster theoretical and empirical research in this emergent area. More information about OFR can be found on the ASU Center for Services Leadership\u2019s website<\/a> and OSU Center for Sales & Service Excellence\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
