These topics should examine emerging issues related to technology\u2019s role in transforming and elevating the experiences of individual consumers, communities, and societies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topics of interest for the track include, but are not limited to:<br \/>\u2022 Emerging technology challenges and opportunities in services, retailing, and sales.<br \/>\u2022 Innovations in services, retailing, or sales to better understand customers\u2019 needs, preferences, and behaviors and to better satisfy customers.<br \/>\u2022 The use of artificial intelligence, chatbots, and other digital technologies to enhance customer experience and customer engagement.<br \/>\u2022 Data privacy and security in retailing, services, and sales.<br \/>\u2022 Technological disruptions in payment services and their impact on various customer segments.<br \/>\u2022 Racial and social justice initiatives in services, retail, and sales.<br \/>\u2022 The use of technology in services, retail and sales to tackle climate change.<br \/>\u2022 Experiential retail and service design, co-creation and innovation.<br \/>\u2022 Emerged and evolution of service ecosystems.<br \/>\u2022 Serving and selling to consumers experiencing vulnerabilities.<br \/>\u2022 Transformative service research: from well-being to flourishing.<br \/>\u2022 Responsible technologies for peer-to-peer services.<br \/>\u2022 Personalized and\/or interactive shopping experience.<br \/>\u2022 Integration of multiple channels and omnichannel selling.<br \/>\u2022 Salesperson motivation (including compensation, supervisors\u2019 behaviors, etc.) and well-being.<br \/>\u2022 Technology-related ethical dilemmas and impactful research on services, retail, and sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Track chairs: <br \/>&#8211; <a href=\"mailto:cpna20@bath.ac.uk\">Carl-Philip Ahlbom<\/a> (University of Bath) <br \/>&#8211; <a href=\"mailto:rtsiotsou@uom.edu.gr\">Rodoula H.
