Submission deadline: 31 January 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are pleased to announce the Call for paper of the 2024 La Londe Service Conference<\/a><\/strong> which will be held on May 20-23 on the magnificent Porqueroll Island in southern France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first International Research Conference in Service Management <\/strong>was held in 1990, with the aim of overcoming traditional boundaries between disciplines. The year 2024 marks the 18th edition of this conference. By enabling thorough and fruitful exchange between a diverse group of participants, this conference has proven itself successful throughout the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forty-five minutes presentations, only two competitive sessions, informal and relaxed athmosphere: three magic ingredients that make La Londe such a unique space to truly share ideas and make science on services happen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ming-Hui Huang, Markus Groth and Paul Gemmel will chair the tracks of Marketing, OB & HRM and Operations, respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The countdown has begun, and we can’t wait to witness your submissions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
