We especially encourage submissions with an integrative perspective. The proposals could be theoretical and\/or empirical and be based on qualitative and\/or quantitative research. Information for submissions are available at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.naplesforumonservice.com.\/\">www.naplesforumonservice.com.<\/a>\u00a0Note that Abstracts must be structured and follow the format of Emerald journal abstracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topics could include the following:<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Business models to manage networks and service systems.<br \/> \u2013 Systems Theory, Complexity theory<br \/> \u2013 Experience, value-in-use and value-in-context<br \/> \u2013 Industry 4.0 and digital transformation<br \/> \u2013 Service Innovation<br \/> \u2013 Integration and management of resources and capabilities<br \/> \u2013 Methodological challenges and issues in service research<br \/> \u2013 Practice-theory in service research<br \/> \u2013 Service ecosystems and markets dynamics<br \/> \u2013 Emergence and Institutionalization in Service Eco-systems<br \/> \u2013 Service systems and systems thinking<br \/> \u2013 The Viable Systems Approach (VSA)<br \/> \u2013 Value co-creation and Value propositions<br \/> \u2013 Arti cial intelligence and the human machine service interaction<br \/> \u2013 Actor engagement<br \/> \u2013 Market-shaping<br \/> \u2013 Service Dominant logic as a grand theory<br \/> \u2013 Sales Transformation and Smart Technologies<br \/> \u2013 Phygital Customer Journey and Metaverses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IMPORTANT: These and possible other subthemes must have a clear connection to one or several of the 3 Forum Pillars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A purpose of the Naples Forum is to get different generations of researchers together both at the organized sessions and informally during breaks and social events. In the nal selection of submissions, both senior researchers and newcomers will be given a chance to present.
