Charles Hofacker (Florida State University, U.S.A.) and Thorsten Hennig-Thurau (University of M\u00fcnster, Germany) serve as the conference co-chairs.<\/p>\n<p>SERVSIG members are highly encouraged to submit proposals; however, non-SERVSIG members are also welcomed to submit proposals.
