Please include a separate title (author) page with your submission (does not count as part of the 15-page submission).<br \/>&#8211; Papers accepted for publication or at advanced stages of review (2<sup>nd<\/sup>, 3<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;round, etc.) are&nbsp;not&nbsp;eligible.<br \/>&#8211; Multiple Awards, Cash prize, and Recognition from OF community.&nbsp;<br \/>&#8211; Finalists honored in a recognition ceremony involving invited, prominent OF scholars. <strong>Presentation date February 09, 2023.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.servsig.org\/wordpress\/2021\/02\/2021-ofr-winners\/\">(See the 2021-ceremony and winners.)<\/a><br \/>&#8211; Access to OFR network to support research.
